The Clap! Lamp

Inspired by a cat’s natural reflex to orient its ears toward sound, this lamp uses a microphone and servo motor to react to claps. After experimenting with different microcontrollers, microphones, and sound-direction detection methods, we simplified the concept: one clap moves the lamp from one side to the other.
